TJG’s Role
Our team designed and delivered its Leading with Mental Agility program to help NASA strengthen leadership readiness through an engaging, applied learning experience. The program combined facilitated instruction with software-based simulation exercises that placed participants in realistic leadership scenarios.
Through this approach, TJG helped participants build greater self-awareness, strengthen adaptive decision-making, and apply practical leadership techniques that could be used immediately within NASA’s mission-critical environment.
