The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term governmentwide contract that provides federal agencies with streamlined access to pre-vetted commercial products and services at negotiated pricing. The MAS is organized into Special Item Numbers (SINs), which categorize specific products and services to help agencies identify qualified vendors and procure solutions efficiently.

Provides operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues. Services may include strategic and organizational planning, business process improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, financial management analysis, policy development, benchmarking, program metrics, and business program or project management support.

Provides advice and assistance on technical domains and issues, excluding environmental, energy, and IT consulting services covered under other SINs. Typical work may include strategic planning, feasibility analysis, requirements determination, policy interpretation, process analysis or development, research studies, testing support, program analysis, and related technical support tasks.
Developing marketing strategies and execution plans that improve positioning, strengthen engagement, and support measurable business growth.
Covers short-duration courses and seminars for management and professional development. Training may be delivered directly to individuals or through employer programs, and courses may be customized for agency needs. Delivery can include classroom, seminar, web-based, distance-learning, simulation, course development, test administration, learning management, and internship-related services.
Order-Level Materials (OLM)
Order-level materials (OLMs) means products, services, and/or solutions (a combination of products and/or services) acquired in direct support of an order placed against a FSS contract, including orders under FSS BPAs, when the products, services, and/or solutions are not known at the time of FSS contract or FSS BPA award. OLM pricing is not established in FSS contracts or FSS BPAs. NOTE: When used in conjunction with a Cooperative Purchasing eligible SIN, this SIN is Cooperative Purchasing Eligible.

Project Jaguar | 2024 – Present
TJG supported the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service international affairs program with a permitting review focused on process improvement, operational modernization, and better outcomes for applicants and conservation efforts.
Leadership Development with NASA | 2025
TJG developed and delivered a world class intensive leadership program called Leading with Mental Agility (LMA) to NASA leaders through a leadership development program. This program focused on mental agility, certification, guided reflection, and applied leadership practice.
DOI Change Readiness Workshop | 2025
TJG facilitated a two-day workshop at NCTC in West Virginia for Ph.D. government employees. The session focused on organizational readiness, facility management, culture, and change readiness, combining expert facilitation with organizational psychology.
