Leading With Mental Agility Level 1
Leading With Mental Agility Level 1 provides participants with a structured foundation for understanding and applying mental agility in leadership situations. The course helps participants explore how perceptions, decisions, and behaviors shape leadership effectiveness, then guides them through the creation of their own leadership equation.
Participants complete interactive exercises, apply practical tools and techniques, and present their leadership equation as part of the course experience.
Certification Outcome
Upon completion, participants may obtain the Leading With Mental Agility Level 1 Certification. This certification demonstrates that the participant understands the LMA Foundations and has completed the process of developing a leadership equation that connects perceptions, decisions, and behaviors.
